Role & Responsibilities
The role responsibilities include the following:
- Collate information from providers and present in a format the Paraplanner/Adviser can work from.
- Effectively and efficiently onboarding new clients and service the existing clients.
- Building effective relationships with customers, advisers and paraplanners in your immediate POD.
- Get involved in projects within the business, which may occur from time to time.
- Positively contribute to the team morale and energy, be a great team player.
- Communicating to clients effectively through various mediums (e.g. telephone, email etc).
- Upholding Saltus Core Values and products/services.
Essential attributes the successful candidate should possess
The successful candidate will be delivery orientated and a well organised individual, with experience within a financial planning environment. We are looking for someone who is working towards their Level 4 CII Diploma (in either Regulated Financial Planning or Financial Planning), with a salary which reflects this experience.
- Appropriate product knowledge (ISAs, GIAs, Pensions, Bonds and Protection).
- Experience of using CRM systems.
- At least 2 years’ experience in financial services.
- A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- A self-starter, who owns own development journey.
- Be a good team player.
- Experience of challenging the status quo in respect of processes.
Where will I be working?
We are looking for someone for our Bath or Bristol office, and offer hybrid working, which includes 2 days in the office, with the remainder at home. We’re incredibly flexible about when and how you work: we don’t want anyone to be prevented from coming to work for Saltus as a result of the working pattern that they’re looking for.
