Customer Relations Assistant
This multi award winning luxury travel company are looking for a Customer Relations Assistant to join their friendly customer focused team. Rewarded with a salary of up to circa £26k you will be dealing with all aspects of post holiday correspondence. This includes investigating issues raised with overseas suppliers, and providing a full written or verbal response to the customer.

Customer Relations Assistant - Role & Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the customer services team responding to complaints both verbally and in writing. Fully investigating issues raised with suppliers and internal departments as required.
  • Providing high levels of service to resolve issues over the phone as appropriate.
  • Assessing any compensation payable and taking appropriate action to recoup costs from suppliers as necessary.
  • Handling escalated and sensitive cases with professionalism and care.
  • Review of client questionnaires and ensure negative comments are acted upon.
  • Play an essential role in quality control, following up on issues to prevent a re-occurrence.
  • Providing a first class, professional service at all times, with the ultimate aim being to restore the customers faith in the company.

Customer Relations Assistant - Skills & Experience Required:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passionate in desire to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Previous travel industry experience preferred with knowledge of ABTA Code of Conduct & Package Travel Regulations beneficial.
  • Experience of responding to social media posts & reviews.
  • Organised and methodical with an ability to work within set time frames and according to deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a pro-active approach.
  • Previously, successful candidates have come from a customer relations, customer service, operations, complaints, letter writer background.

Customer Relations Assistant - Key Benefits:
