If so, BT are looking for a Commercial Manager where we’ll empower you, to empower our business units.

The role holder will be required to provide commercial support and analysis in relation to the outsourced FM contract. He/she is responsible for supporting and developing commercial ideas to help deliver strategy and our medium term plan. You're responsible the end-to-end commercial management, You champion new complex initiates and minimise loss impacting changes in the wider organisation.

What will the role involve as our Commercial Manager?

Using scenario modelling, analytics and commercial levers, recommend solutions to commercial challenges.
Co-ordinates and evaluates opportunities and assesses underlying risk, making recommendations on how to optimise
Support improvements in DOA governance and pricing policy and co-ordinate deal governance boards in accordance with channel DOA framework
Using insight, analysis and pricing trends, recommend improvements and solutions to problems.

What are we looking for in our Commercial Manager? You may have a variety of the below;

Proven ability to identify & solve business problems.
Proven knowledge of governance & compliance methods.
Proven knowledge of best practice contract management methods including cost and revenue management.
Proven stakeholder management skills both internal and external.

The portfolio extends to over 8,500 properties across the globe and we provide workplace facilities services to circa 100,000 colleagues globally. The cost of operating the portfolio including cumulus rates is circa £1Bn pa.
