This is an exciting opportunity to join the very busy CAMHS Teams across Hampshire as an Administration Assistant. No two days will be the same.
The Single Point of Access team based in Omega House, Eastleigh, Hampshire have an opportunity for an admin assistant who is able to work in the office to print and post letters, provide support with scanning and other admin tasks.
We are looking for an enthusiastic well motivated person with excellent communication and organisational skills to consistently deliver a client focused service, promoting good customer service and effective working relationships.
Duties would include scanning, photocopying, data gathering and data entry, reception cover, correspondence, and other admin tasks as required.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of secondary education, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, which will be tested at interview, and a good understanding of confidentiality.

The duties will include: - photocopying, scanning and uploading documents, typing letters inputting data into the Carenotes patient record and Excel databases. Printing and posting letters, emailing both colleagues and service users, handling telephone enquiries from patients and their families, carers and professionals in a pleasant and helpful manner ensuring to take accurate messages and communicating information clearly and other admin tasks as required.
This is an exciting, challenging, very busy and vital Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, offering mental health services to young people up to the age of 18. Our teams are based in various localities within Hampshire.

To provide a comprehensive range of admin support to the teams. To liaise with other departments and services and to respond effectively to enquiries from the general public, service users, referrers and other agencies. To consistently deliver a client focussed service, which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
