We are a general contractor and fit-out company, present across Europe with establishments in France, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom and Luxembourg. We work in both tertiary and commercial spaces, and we strive to include sustainability into our building processes.
With a headcount of 34 people, eight different nationalities, our bilingual team offers the opportunity to carry out turnkey projects for international companies.

Responsabilities:
➢ manage preliminary and resource costs – while also having good knowledge of the project contractual terms – is key, as is the capability and confidence to predict and identify future risks or opportunities and associated costs/revenues,
➢ identify and quantify the costs and activities required for all works included in the specifications and bills of quantities (considering production time, materials and labour)
➢ take ownership of maintaining our profitability by allocating budgets for each element of a construction project, while also supervising any changes to the financial aspects of ongoing deliveries
➢ analyse the legal, technical and financial risks of a project
➢ research and propose technical and economic solutions
➢ select companies and propose partnerships, managing all communications and relations with technical and purchasing departments, both internal and external
➢ evaluate the profitability and viability of projects, making recommendations to the Delivery team
➢ participate in the preliminary financial phase of projects
➢consult with suppliers: organise and analyse offers research and analyse financial reports and market trends, establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for Agilité Solutions, and track the company’s financial health and performance in a bid to identify areas for potential improvement, as well as minimising financial risk
➢ Review and assist in the finalisation of works contracts with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
➢ Prepare issue and administer contract documents for subcontractors, consultants and other suppliers
➢ Prepare / evaluate interim payment applications and assist in the preparation / approval of monthly invoices
➢ Prepare and issue monthly financial reports
➢ Prepare and issue client variation requests
➢ Evaluate subcontractor and supplier variation claims
➢ Prepare and issue client and subcontractor final accounts
➢ Prepare and issue client notices and claims
➢ Evaluate and respond to claims received from subcontractors and other suppliers
