Salary: £20,404 to £24,846 per annum
Hours: 36 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
We’re looking for a Records Officer based at our Beacon House office in March on a permanent basis.
You’ll work closely with the Governance Manager (Corporate Records) to deliver a robust and accurate deeds library which will meet the demands of Clarion ever changing environment. We’ll look to you to maintain Clarion’s physical deeds library and responding to queries and requests for information held in the library in a timely manner.
Some of the key duties include:
- Management of the physical deeds library, ensuring documents are appropriately recorded and filed so they can be accessed easily as required
- Assist with the digitisation of the deeds library by scanning land based documents and uploading to Clarion’s systems to allow the business to have on demand access
- Work collaboratively with the CAD and Land & Deeds teams by retrieving documents from the deed library when requested
- Assist with responding to any land based queries from internal and external teams received through the Land and Deeds inbox ensuring prompt and accurate responses are provided

To be successful in this role, you’ll already have knowledge of working in a records management role, as well as working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office and Excel.
If you have demonstrable experience of working independently with minimal direction and the ability and willingness to travel to other offices as and when required we would love to hear from you.
