We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Project Manager/Engagement Owner to join our established team who will be accountable for the delivery of Oracle Cerner client projects. You will be expected to cultivate external client relationships to achieve business objectives whilst directing and supporting a team of associates responsible for client project deliverables. You will be able to manage complex projects in environments with a high degree of variability that requires influence to achieve the targeted outcomes.
As an Engagement Owner (EO) you are responsible for the successful delivery of the Population Health solutions and services to clients, the project profitability and overall management. You will also be accountable for the delivery of Oracle Cerner client projects, cultivate external client relationships to achieve business objectives, direct and manage a team of associates responsible for project deliverables, influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and execute on client objectives.
You will create and maintain project plan based on contractual commitments, manage project resources, financials, scope according to project plan and contractual commitments. You will manage project risks/issues - escalating as appropriate, project milestones - reviewing regularly with both the internal project and external client teams, promote client value via identification of baseline metrics, key performance indicators (KPI) management, and resulting value objective, and you will prepare the client for long term continuous improvement as activation marks the start of their improvement journey, building relationships across the health and care network (Community, Mental Health, Primary Care Social Care, Acute, and Commissioning/Purchasing).

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant work experience
- Plus 2 years related experience/higher education, with at least 1 year of Healthcare information technology (HCIT consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client facing or HCIT solution work experience
- Including at least 1 year project/program management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- Project Management Professional Certification
- Experience working with the NHS
Expectations:
- Willing to travel to client site up to 100% as needed
Basic Qualifications:
