What does the role involve?
Are you an experienced Team Manager and have a passion for coaching and supporting your team to success?
You will be responsible for the delivery of effective and consistent daily operational KPI's of Mortgage Services through leadership and development of a multi-skilled team of specialists, to support our customers who are experiencing financial difficulty, through the delivery of good customer outcomes.
Ensuring all core processes are delivered effectively and efficiently in support of the collection's strategy and that change, and innovation is implemented and embraced to support the Centre of Excellence.
What will you bring to the role?
- Strong leadership/coaching/mentoring skills with the ability to deliver challenging workloads and manage, inspire and influence the performance of others
- Able to deal with the most complex/challenging customer arrears cases using relevant industry experience
- Knowledge and experience of arrears management, from pre-arrears to repossession activities, and interest only end of term customers, and a good understanding of key regulatory requirements (including MCOB13, supporting those who are vulnerable and breathing space) as well as industry best practice.
- Excellent organisation and written and oral communication skills with both customers and colleagues, including explaining complex subjects in a simple way
- Ability to lead and adapt quickly in a fast paced and highly regulated change environment
