The role holder will support the Colleague Experience manager to deliver engagement and wellbeing projects and initiativesat RoS to ensure an engaged, healthy and energised workforce.

Main duties - Your main duties will include:

  • Lead on key engagement and wellbeing activities such as Investors in People, Civil Service People Survey and other activities as and when requested ensuring activities are completed on time and meet set KPIs.
  • Lead on our Total Reward offering by ensuring we have an up-to-date and relevant benefits package and safeguarding relevant tenders by leading/supporting/overseeing the implementation of the tender through to completion stage, allowing colleagues access to a continuous offering throughout the year.
  • Actively look to make suggestions to improve our support for colleagues with regards to wellbeing, engagement, reward and recognition to promote a positive colleague experience. Scope, design and deliver new interventions and take ownership of these initiatives from implementation to completion.
  • Provide clear communication and advice to key stakeholders and colleagues, on best practice for engagement and wellbeing.
  • · Share knowledge and best practice in wellbeing and engagement with colleagues and the wider organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders such as internal communications and procurement, amongst others, to deliver communication plans and tender processes for existing and new initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders such as Edenred, Mental health training providers, wider Civil Service, Investors in People etc.
  • Proactively carry out research on wellbeing topics relevant to colleagues at RoS for the fortnightly ‘Your wellbeing’ feature.
  • Ensure wellbeing and engagement activities operate effectively and are compliant with legislation, governance, and procurement frameworks/other contracts.
  • Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of engagement and wellbeing interventions using a range of data input.
  • Work closely within the wider HR team highlighting and linking with other HR initiatives that may have impact colleagues experience with working at RoS.
