Customer service Advisor
Our on-line retail team is looking for a new customer service advisor, could this be you?
An excellent communicator, the successful applicant will be driven to always go the extra mile. Delivering a positive customer experience is key. Engaging with us in a variety of ways, our customers contact us via our on-line chat, by sending us an email or giving us a call. This role involves managing our inbound customer queries quickly and efficiently to maximise the chance of a purchase being made.

Preference will be given to applicants with previous relevant experience. A minimum Grade 4 / C in English and in Maths is essential.
Applicants must be available to work 40 hours over 5 days Monday to Saturday between 8.30am and 5pm. Some weekend working is required and shared amongst the team on a rota basis.
A uniform is provided and staff discount is available after a qualifying period.
Hours: Up to 40 per week
