Training for Employment have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team!
We are based in the heart of Birmingham and are providing a permanent role to a successful candidate. You must be highly motivated and able to work well in a fast paced environment. Experience in admin is essential but you will receive full training on all systems and operations
Duties include but are not limited to -
- Providing a professional customer service to clients
- Providing admin support
- Assisting with inquiries.
- Taking orders over the phone and input onto system.
- Using social media to advertise courses
- Dealing with accreditation bodies
- Check and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Amend information on the system.
- Full administrative support to the department filing, scanning, postal duties etc.
- Carrying out paperwork for compliance purposes
- Update and maintain the department's database.
The ideal candidate will be required to work well as part of a team, work well under pressure and have a professional telephone manner. Previous experience in a busy office environment is desired.
