Tecaz LTD are searching for an Administrative Assistant to work in our Kitchens Ordering Department, based at our Pennywell Location in Sunderland.
Shifts for this role being flexible. Working Monday to Thursday, between 9am and 5.30pm. 24 hours per week, allowing the ideal candidate to either work 3 x 8 hour shifts, or 4 x 6 hour shifts between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm dependant upon their preference and needs outside of work.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of IT, be comfrotable using spreadsheets and order input systems, and will have a good confident phone manner when speaking to both manufacturers and customers.
Duties will include but not be limited to
- Order Input
- Arranging survey files for designers
- Corresponding with manufacturers to establish product ETA
- Arranging with manufacturers for product deliveries
- Corresponding with customers to provide BTP information
- Working alongside the Kitchens Ordering Manager to ensure best practises are followed
- General House Keeping
Pay - £10.80/hour
