Job Summary
As a Junior Social Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for staying on top of trending topics and sounds, helping to build a brand's online presence and managing its digital community. This will include coming up with creative ideas for our range of clients and being reactive with content and ideas.
We are looking for someone with a passion and understanding of fast-paced social media with creativity and willing to push social content boundaries.
This is a Junior role, perfect for someone looking to start or develop their career. We will work with you to create a training programme that supports your development in this area.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working with the wider team at Tradectory to ensure the social strategies align with all services.
- Supporting the Social Media Team with Community Management.
- Being responsible for scheduling and posting content for clients.
- Work to create and schedule engaging content for client social accounts monthly.
- Responding to all comments and messages on an ongoing basis for our clients on their social media accounts.
- Delivering monthly client reports covering all agreed KPIs.
- Attending client meetings and providing updates on performance and potential areas of improvement.
- Assisting in the set up of Social Ad Campaigns. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter ads etc.)
- Liaising with clients to keep them up to date on campaigns.
Skills & Experience
- 1 years+ experience in a similar role preferably agency-side.
- A proven track record of successful social media management or marketing campaigns.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced agency environment and be flexible to accommodate rapidly changing workflows would also be beneficial.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Hotjar etc.) would also be beneficial.
- Experience with Social Media tools (eg. Hootsuite, Buffer, Falcon etc.)
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media and Digital Marketing.
- Experience of running social ad campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager would also be beneficial however not required.
- An understanding of the construction industry would be beneficial however not required.
- An understanding of design tools like photoshop would also be beneficial however not required.
