Brief overview of the role:
Responsible for looking after general marketing & administration duties including but not limited to; Social media advertising, Designing & sending mailshots Website management, Competitor research, Handling inbound customer queries, Attending exhibitions where required.
Working week:
Monday to Friday 9 - 4.00

Vacancy description:
A new & exciting role for an Internal Marketing & Administration apprentice has opened up at A S Controls Ltd, one the UK’s leading suppliers to the Engineering industry.
Based out of our Market Deeping office, this is a varied role which provides an opportunity to learn & develop digital marketing skills, whilst getting a hands-on role in the day to day running of a thriving & innovative business.
The duties of this role are but not limited to; Social media advertising, Designing & sending mailshots, Website management, Competitor research, Handling inbound customer queries, Attending exhibitions where required, Assisting with order despatch, Getting feedback on customer quotes, Ensuring data on our internal CRM system is up to date & Providing customers with updates on existing orders.
This is a key role in our expanding business which if successfully carried out, could become a permanent full-time role in the future, with opportunity for progression.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Requirements and prospects
Qualifications Required:
GCSE Grades A-C in Maths, English & IT are desirable but not essential.
Desired skills:
Competent with Social Media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter, Confident telephone manner, Time Keeping essential, Computer literate, Good reading & writing skills.
