The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth North Pinellas
The role you’ll contribute:
Leader who performs a variety of administrative assistant duties to support the Profession Development and Clinical Practice team. Will provide clerical support to the team. Coordinates student placement and onboarding with clinical partners. Provides support with all hospital systems. Supports orientation and WFD events. Schedules, coordinates, and maintains leadership schedule and provides project management on a variety of projects campus-based and throughout the WFD.

- Responsible for Professional Development department payroll
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies for Professional Development team
- Responsible for the processing of Professional Development department mail
- Responsible for the screening and directing all incoming phone calls within the Professional Development team
- Senior Administrator for hospital systems including Adventist Learning Network, RQI, Mosby’s, and CE Direct, My Clinical Exchange and CE Broker; responsible for uploading material, coordinating updates and responding to potential issues within the systems
- Data entry of all ALN related functions, including but not limited to creating and assigning ALN curriculums, courses, classes, and pulling reports as needed
- Responsible for creating, tracking and recording attendance for classes pertaining to onboarding and all education provided within the Nursing Education Department
- Responsible to process all continuing education requests for campus programs and record within CE Broker
- Assists in furnishing team member education records to leadership and to State and Federal agencies upon request
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Associate in Arts or Associate in Science
- Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, and Powerpoint
