Your role and responsibilities
- Dealing with clients attending appointments with their pets both face to face and over the telephone
- Booking appointments and dealing with customer queries
- Front of house reception, meeting and greeting clients on arrival with their pets
- Updating patient records and registering clients on our practice management system
- General ad hoc admin duties
- Liaising with referring vet practices to facilitate booking of appointments
You will be
- Well organised, able to multi task and have impeccable time management skills
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Excellent telephone manner, able to deal with high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Confident and resilient
- Remain calm, courteous and professional at all times
- Be aware of GDPR guidelines when dealing with client data
