About the Role
In the role of Client Advisor, you’ll serve as a vital asset in the go to market process of our leading case management software, Lexis Visualfiles. Your key responsibilities include offering Technical expertise to customers from prospects to existing long-term customers.
Activities including Software demonstration and training sessions, developing examples of solutions within our own environments, customer reviews of varying detail to enable customers to get the most out of their Visualfiles system. You will recommend tailored solutions that align with customers' specific needs while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products and competitors' offerings
This position is ideally suited for a legal professional with a keen interest in the field of information technology seeking a career transition, or alternatively, for an individual currently employed within the information technology department of a legal firm
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and industry expertise to the go to market team and customers.
- Provide technical input into bid proposals, projects, and initiatives including the production of reports involving recommendations.
- Demonstrate Lexis Visualfiles including solutions built within it at customer sites.
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop and recommend products and services to meet customers' requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of their Visualfiles system
Requirements
- Ideally experienced working with a legal case management software
- Technical background either as a Consultant/ Business Analyst/ Technical Resource OR experience working in a Law firm.
- Experience in facilitating software demonstrations or training
- Be creative and compelling storyteller with expert presentation, communication and project management skills
- Documentation skills
- Problem solving and inquisitive
- Personable with some client-facing skills
Ideal
- Experienced in developing Visualfiles
- Experienced in generating estimates
- Experienced in running discovery workshops in a consultative style
- Worked within a law firm
