JOB PURPOSE
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work in the wider TA team at Burberry with the aim of tracking, attracting and selecting talent to support the on-going hiring needs of teams. This role is specifically focused on Supply Chain and Product Development recruitment, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager for Supply Chain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey.
- Adhere to the resourcing processes to ensure consistency of approach.
- Provide proactive resourcing advice and guidance to line managers.
- Effectively source and match candidates to positions
- Ensuring accurate employee records are kept via management of the ATS.
- Ensure all roles are advertised in the most appropriate way to attract candidates.
- Utilization of sourcing tools – Colleges, platforms; LinkedIn, Job Boards etc.
- Develop a talent pool of candidates.
- Work closely with Line Managers during the recruitment process to ensure the right candidate is recruited
- Represent the Brand at appropriate internal and external events.
- Be a brand ambassador to effectively recruit high calibre candidates.
- Ensure all roles are advertised in the most appropriate way to attract candidates.
- End to end recruitment of ad-hoc roles assigned by the Resourcing Managers.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Previous recruitment experience in Supply Chain and/or Product Development, preferably in a fashion environment
- Exceptional MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise a heavy workload to meet the needs of the business.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident to deal with people at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be a flexible team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Adaptable- used to working in a busy team environment.
