The team
Our ITV Commercial team is responsible for bringing in the £2bn worth of advertising that helps fund ITV's programming. However, our Commercial team isn’t just about advertising sales jobs, with an ever-changing marketplace and a multitude of new platforms just waiting for you to tap into, selling TV and online advertising has never been so exciting.

The role
Commercial Sales Team require creative thinking with compelling storytelling, communication strategy and striking design. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team to support and create a consistent ITV brand presence across all our commercial output, whilst rising to the demands of the creative sell with creative collateral for our programming to market slate and response to briefs.
The Graphic Designer will work predominantly creating bespoke assets for pitches using the Adobe creative suite - for example, presentations assets, motion graphics, basic video editing, proposal documents and brochures, designing graphic assets and/or collaborating with external companies for set installations, presentation props, room-scale imagery.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a number of exciting projects, where no two days are the same.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Must have a portfolio attached to your application in order to be considered for this role
- You will have extensive experience using Adobe Creative suite
- Motion graphic knowledge
- A background in creating bespoke pitch design in a busy environment
Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)
- A high level of understanding and experience using Microsoft Office, basic editing skills would be of benefit but not essential
- Ability to generate original and thought-provoking ideas working to a brief
- Prior experience working on multiple assignments with varying deadlines, ideally in an agency
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail
- Experience in creating and maintaining an asset bank
- The ability to accept creative direction and constructive feedback from line management and all other relevant stakeholders
- Passion for TV and the media industry
