HRC are currently recruiting for trainee support workers in East Dunbartonshire – with little to no experience required!

What will the role of a support worker look like?

Providing emotional and practical support, encouraging the service users to achieve their own personal outcomes
Accompanying and participating in meaningful activities such as community involvement and relationship-building exercises
Helping service users with getting access to educational, leisure facilities, and social opportunities
Liaising with other support teams and healthcare advisors to provide the best possible care and opportunities for the people you support

Keen to learn and develop skills within the healthcare sector
Passionate about delivering a high standard of care and support
Comfortable assisting adults to wash and dress
