
Cleaning Operations Manager (FT) Kingston upon Hull, England
Job description
- Experience in the cleaning industry across multiple sites (75 plus)
- Experience in managing a large workforce
- Working knowledge of health and safety systems in the cleaning industry
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach
- Ability to train and mentor cleaning operatives
- Ensuring that your sites are fully staffed ensuring holidays and sickness are covered
- Carrying out cleaning audits
- Liaising with clients on a regular basis
- Understanding of cleaning methods and processes
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
- Experience with stock ordering and working to budgets
- Experience in inducting new starters
- Experience creating rotas and schedules
- Cleaning when necessary
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Ideally must live in Hull, Grimsby or Scunthorpe or the surrounding area.
