A Cleaning Area Manager with experience is required for Slough, Uxbridge and West London Areas

Duties to include managing a team of cleaners, cleaning for Blue Chip companies in your area, over a number of sites. Computer experience required - emails, excel, word

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality and performance of the contracts
• Develop and maintain site documentations
• Develop and maintain best practice in cleaning processes across the contract
• Responsible for all aspects of people management i.e. recruiting, motivating and developing team members
• Preparing work schedules, dealing with sub contractors and working within financial budgets
• Liaising with customers
• Turning around customer complaints as quickly as possible
• Carry out risk assessment

Salary £33,000 per annum + monthly bonus, company car, expenses, pension and paid holidays.

A full driving license is essential, minor points considered.
