Job description
We are a small tea room with a lot of charm and character. We specialise in traditional afternoon tea service, and are home to a large selection of around 30 tea blends. We are looking for a versatile individuals with a positive attitude to grow with us. We are currently an independent shop with one outlet in Kensington, but we plan to grow to further locations in the near future, so more opportunities will become available.
Details of the job
- The role is a full time position, and paid at an annual salary of £21,000 - £23,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive additional payments through an even split of tips and gratuities for the day.
- We also have other bonus scheme opportunities available, such as performance bonuses, loyalty bonuses and end of year bonuses.
- For full time position applications, the schedule would be 35 hours per week, with day shifts ranging from 8am - 15pm, and 14pm - 19:30pm, including paid breaks, and meals on duty. A typical week would include five shifts (with one at the weekend).
Duties of the job:
The role is mainly broken down in to assisting with food pre-preparation, afternoon tea preparation and decoration, and maintaining hygiene standards and quality control standards. For further information about the job details, please feel free to enquire.
