Town and Country Cleaners Ltd require a Cleaning Area Manager to work in a fast paced and successful business.
You will work within our Operations team and be responsible for Customer retention by ensuring a quality cleaning service to our customers in and around the Medway area.
You will report to the Head of Operations and work with operational support staff to manage the day to day activities that this challenging role brings.
Experience in commercial cleaning is essential, as well as the experience of managing multiple sites due to the nature and responsibilities of this role.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Manage HR tasks required for cleaning staff such as recruitment, induction, discipline, appraisals, communication, holiday and sick leave
- Promote a positive relationship with our Customers and liaise with them as required
- Monitor service delivery and staff performance, including providing staff training and taking remedial actions where necessary
- Adhere to budgets and work within company policies and parameters
- Be able to work flexibly to respond to customer requests and to meet cleaning staff outside of office hours
- Be energetic and professional at all times and be able to work within a team culture
BICSc accredited candidates will be favoured. Health and Safety qualifications would also be advantageous.
Enhanced DBS check will be carried out upon commencement of employment.
40 hours per week with flexible working hours as per needs of the business. Working days are predominantly Monday – Friday but there may be occasional requirement to be available at weekends also. Home working permitted but this position is mainly field based.
£32,000 per annum Plus £3120 Car Allowance
Business Mileage paid - You must have a valid Full Driving Licence.
