Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a nurse consultant to lead the tissue viability service which covers the whole of NHS Grampian. NHS Grampian has a population of over half-a-million people spread over 3,000 square miles of city, town, village and rural communities. This is a nurse led service which focuses on using digital technology to provide person centred wound care across our service user’s diverse geographical locations.
The post holder will lead and support the tissue viability team to provide expert clinical and professional advice to all service users. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with all stakeholders, e.g. partnership leads.
Applications are welcomed from candidates who are a First Level Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC Registration, educated to Master’s level. Substantial clinical and operational tissue viability experience is essential. Additional previous line management experience is required.
The post holder will predominantly work office hours Monday to Friday, in a hybrid model.
