This is an exciting opportunity working as a Customer Service & Sales Support Executive for an innovative candle manufacturing company in Farringdon, Alton. We are on a journey to take the TCCC and the Wonderwick brand to a new level and we are looking for the right people to buy into our vision and support our goal.
Your prime responsibility will be to support and process orders and liaising with customers on a daily basis, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times. You will be able to showcase your multi-tasking skills coupled with your ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Be the first line of contact for all customer queries and requests.
- Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate a satisfactory resolution.
- Processing orders, raising invoices, updating databases and using internal systems
- Providing strong administrative support and problem solving
- Working closely with other departments regarding invoicing, credits, shipping documents and taking payments
- Sending Customer statements and debt collecting including calling aged debtors to chase payments
- Contacting old or lapsed customers to explore opportunity of regaining business.
- Provide support to external sales team, uploading meeting notes onto a CRM system.

Our ideal candidate
As our ideal Customer Service Executive, you will have previous experience in a customer service, office-based environment. You will also need the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral are essential.
- Excellent IT skills, experience with Xero and Unleashed would be benficial.
- Proven ability to identify and meet customer's needs and requirements.
- Self-motivated and team orientated.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a busy and demanding environment.
- Ability to organise your time effectively and perform multi tasks efficiently and in line with specific timelines.
