Marketing Manager - Manchester £40-60k Basic + Package

Seeking an ambitious and dynamic Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead their marketing team. The successful candidate should possess a fun edge, be passionate about marketing and business growth, and hold themselves accountable.
The role is poised for growth with the expectation that the candidate will evolve into a Director level position, leading marketing activities across the expanding group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee branding, creation of brochures, websites, CGIs, and launch plans for new developments
- Database Communication: Manage monthly newsletters to database/agents, quarterly construction updates, and EDM campaigns.
- Website Management: Oversee the management and updating of company websites and microsites, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
- Develop and implement brand strategies targeting both the UK and international markets. Oversee PR initiatives to increase brand visibility and reputation.
- Identify and capitalize on new lead generation opportunities both within the UK and overseas.
- Experience in managing CRM platforms like Salesforce and Hubspot to optimize customer engagement and lead management processes.
- Coordinate with the Digital Director to implement and manage Google Ads and social marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with the aim of expanding our global reach and targeting the right demographic.
- Ensure positive brand exposure in different regions through news/articles, and other PR activities.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of SEO strategies to increase website traffic and brand awareness. Collaborate with external SEO agencies, as necessary.
