SEN Teaching Assistant for Interventions
We are recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant to support an outstanding primary school in the Saltley, B8 area. The role would be full time, working 8:30am – 3:40pm, Monday to Friday during term time. The role will be supporting a student in Year 5 with interventions.

- £320 – £350 per week after deductions
The roles will involve working with children on a 1:1 and intervention group basis. You will be required to have experience working in a similar setting. The children will have a range of needs that create challenges for them to successfully access the curriculum.
The successful teaching assistants will be required to work in a range of year groups. These roles would be ideal for anyone looking to extend their skills in working with children ahead of teacher training.
Teaching assistants at school provide a range of classroom support which can include teaching groups of children under the direction of a teacher. The roles will involve supporting groups and individuals with special educational needs and implementing ‘next step plans’. TAs supervise classes for EYFS, KS1 & KS2. TAs may also be required to assist with lunchtime supervision.
