Location: Chippenham Dr, Kingston, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BZ
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Main duties & responsibilities
As a Branch Assistant, you will be working along the team at Milton Keynes to offer excellent customer service to our customers.
As part of the wider branch network, you will be able to develop your knowledge of product and build relationships with our valued customers.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
Processing orders and assisting with order book management
Preparing orders and deliveries for customers
Assisting with goods in – receipt of goods, loading and unloading of vehicles
Supporting the trade counter
Assisting with inventory control, completing checks on stock levels
Collecting and delivering goods on an ad-hoc basis
Knowledge & Skills requirements
The ideal candidate will have following key skills:
Experience of dealing with MRO products would be advantageous, however is not essential
Knowledge of fluid power products would also be advantageous
Customer-focused and driven to provide consistently high levels of service
Enthusiastic, keen and willing to learn
Basic computer skills
Strong level of communication and numerical skills
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
