Research Development & Business Engag't
The Business Information Manager leads on the effective provision and management of effective business engagement data.
In this role you will establish Research and Innovation and the Business Engagement Team as the key source of business intelligence within the University and be the strategic lead for data within Research and Innovation and provide effective support to increase the value of external projects, partnerships and collaborations with the business community.
The role involves a wide range of areas of responsibility including leading on the development of the existing CRM system working with internal and external stakeholders to drive development forward, provide subject expertise in data and effective usage to schools and faculties to increase strategic partnerships, enhance collaborative research proposals and support the delivery of Knowledge Exchange Strategic Delivery plans across the institution.

Research and Innovation provides comprehensive support throughout the research and innovation lifecycle. From first ideas through to commercialisation and industry partnerships, we provide guidance and expert advice to support the delivery of the University’s research and knowledge exchange strategies.
