We have an exciting opportunity for a Special Projects Assistant to join our small team. Your core role and focus is about ensuring that the systems, processes and knowledge needed to manage homes, customer safety, service delivery and internal / external stakeholder perform effectively. We want our people and our customers to be proud of the homes we provide and you have a key part to play in this.

Whilst we have key responsibilities and these can be found in the job description, there are certain things we will need from you:

  • Excellent numeracy and IT literacy, as well as the ability to use company operational software
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own work
  • Exceptional communicational, organisational and prioritisation skills at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and solution focussed approach
  • Ability to plan and deliver training relating to systems and processes
  • A knowledge of developing processes and procedures

The added extras:

  • Experience of providing system support
  • Experience in providing technical support, liaising directly with users
  • Experience of delivery of change and change process

You’ll be adept at change, having got hands on experience living and breathing new ways of working and knowing how to bring your colleagues along for the experience.

Location

You’ll be required to live in commutable distance from our Peterborough office. This is a Hybrid Role, at least 3 days based in office.

When working from home we’ll provide you with the equipment and software that you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.

Salary

The spot salary for this post is £27,844 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post.
