We are looking to strengthen our team by appointing an Assistant Human Resources Manager on a permanent basis. As an Early Adopter for NHS Grampian’s Smarter Working Programme, a range of Flexible Working options are available including home/hybrid working and flexible working hours, and applications are welcomed from full or part time applicants.
The successful candidate will act as the expert in dealing with day-to-day delivery of HR professional advice and guidance to all service areas of NHS Grampian.
Applicants will be educated to degree level, or have equivalent experience, and will have Chartered membership of CIPD (or Associate willing to work towards chartered). In addition, applicants will have the ability to work across boundaries and with multi-disciplinary teams. Comfortable with ambiguity applicants should be able to evidence a range of generalist HR Operational experience detailed in the person specification for this role.
