Ghost VFX is looking for a talented VFX Producer to join the growing team!

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain shot boards;
- Wrangle timesheets;
- Coordinate Lunch/Dinner orders;
- Enter data into Shotgun;
- Provide QC support (session prep);
- Attend meetings and dailies sessions, take notes and assist as needed;
- Process incoming material from client;
- Facilitate electronic deliveries of material to the client;
- Ship equipment or data drives to vendors, clients, or other offices;
- Help cover coordinator absence when necessary
- Prepare all necessary reference materials for on set guidance.
- Provides administrative support to the VFX team.
Required Skills:
- A proven ability working well in a team environment;
- Incredible communication skills;
- Familiarity with Office programs such as MS Word and Excel;
- Ability to take take constructive criticism and adapt to changing circumstances;
- A can-do, professional, and friendly attitude.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role; preferably within the VFX or post-production industry
- Strong communication, problem solving, and time management skills
- Ability to communicate creative and technical thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong understanding of VFX technologies
- Experience working at a visual effects studio or similar CG-related industry (video games, TV, animation);
- Experience with production programs such as Shotgun and Filemaker Pro;
- A vehicle and driver’s license.
Education:
- High School education or equivalent required.
- BA/BS in applicable field preferred.
