chef de partie / junior sous
We are a one AA rosette restaurant and first floor cocktail lounge with private rooms looking for a hard working, talented, responsible and creative sous chef to join our team, you preferably have experience in similar quality kitchens work well under pressure and keep your cool whilst producing a consistent rosette standard product. If you are looking to both have the freedom to create your own style and dishes and also learn and develop your passion for cooking this is the ideal job for you , you must be fully up to speed with kitchen health and safety, hygiene standards and legislation, we are open Tuesday to Saturday and closed Monday and Sunday , we can also offer a four and a half day working week...if your up for the challenge and a fresh start we would love to hear from you.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
