*Qualifications required:* MRICS - chartered surveyor in building surveying discipline.
*Role & Experience:* Required to have knowledge and experience of Cavity walls insulation systems and problems with cavity walls insulations and the remedial actions required to fix the common issues with cavity wall insulation systems. Experience as expert witness on matters involving defective cavity wall insulations is also required. Role: This is not an expert witness role, although working as expert witness may be required occasionally to stand in for other expert witnesses or to deal with urgent expert witness work. The normal day to day work will involve screening cases which may have a potential cavity wall defective insulation claim using picture, videos and other information provided by the surveying staff. Liaison with other surveyors (expert witnesses) and liaison and leadership of other surveying staff. It is predominantly an office-based role.
