Job description
We are a management company located in Los Angeles. We currently manage social media figures and have between 10-20 employees. This job is specifically for our brand activation/sponsorship department, which has an active roster of clients with a combined total of 43 million+ followers on their social media accounts. The clients range from well known YouTubers to TikTok stars and more.
We are looking for someone to work with this roster and help secure brand deals and activations to generate revenue. It would be your job to actively seek out these brand partnerships by meeting in person, using LinkedIn, having an existing network to work with, cold emailing, etc.
We are willing to give 20% of any deals closed as a commission, as well as a cut of any agency activation fees. We can reevaluate a salary deal as well if things are going well.
We plan to continue the growth on our roster once we have the position filled and deals are starting to flow. Some experience is definitely preferred, as the space can be tricky to maneuver without prior experience.
This is a remote position.
