We are looking for Chef de Partie who has experience of working in a busy hotel or conference centre serving customers for functions, restaurant, lounge and bar.The RoleWorking on each section of the kitchenSupporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each serviceManaging your own sectionExperienceAbility to work on each sectionNVQ Level to or equivalent*We are looking for someone on a part-time basis, 20 hours per week.
