Launched in May 2021, The Orator- A Beautiful new Brasserie and Bar in the city centre of Cambridge.

Pay starts at £10.45 plus tips.

We have a beautiful Victorian gothic building with fantastic decor and grounds, working at The Orator you are also part of the team at the Cambridge Union Society; serving celebrities is not uncommon (see our Instagram for more details @theoratorcambridge).

We are looking for CDPs to complement and complete our already fantastic team.

Opportunities to help develop our business as we expand our offer to include a cellar bar event space and our garden street food offer. In addition to our commercial and corporate events including weddings and conferences for the likes of Amazon and Deloitte.

The Role

As a Chef at The Orator you will be responsible for working on or running a section and contributing to the day to day operations of the kitchen.

• Proactive contributor to the day-to-day operation of the Orator.
• Work as a team to deliver an excellent product and experience for our customers
• Contribute to daily planning and ordering in your area.
• Run an well stocked, clean and tidy section.
• Contribute to ensuring high standards are kept throughout the operation.

Salary: £10.45-£12.10 per hour plus tips
