How you’ll make a difference
In this Customer Service Assistant position, you will assist the Site and The Team by:
- Assisting customers with any needs they may have and ensure they receive an excellent customer service experience
- Making sure your site looks great, maintaining all operation standards.
- Hitting daily targets for you and the team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 16 - 40 per week
Salary: £5.29-£11.84 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Liverpool, L1 8JQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
