Chef de Partie – £14 per hour – Braye Beach Hotel - Alderney

Are you a skilled Chef de Partie looking for your next challenge? All of our hotels are individual in their own way, just like our Chefs. Whether it’s filleting or frying, you’ll know your way around a kitchen like the back of your hand and have a mind full of delicious creations ready to wow our guests.

Braye Beach Hotel is one of the newest additions to the Hand Picked Hotels collection and is the only 4 Star hotel on the island of Alderney, the northernmost of the inhabited Channel Islands and part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey. The Hotel has 27 bedrooms and 2 stunning restaurants, The Vaults and The Beach Bar.
