Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Chef de partie for our new restaurant concept. Four Seasons Park Lane are excited to announce a new restaurant partnership with Yannick Alléno , opening Summer 2023. Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our new restaurant will be contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes will be rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience. Your role We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work within our Restaurant kitchens and run their own section. Creativity and flair, the ability to provide both guidance and strong leadership to others, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for this role. This will be a front-facing role so it is key you have the want to both interact with guest and create culinary excellence.
