Escape Room Supervisor Bedford, England
Job description
We are based in Allhallows, Bedford Town Centre, have 7 exciting themed rooms and a private bar area and need a mature supervisor to work both weekends and midweek on a fixed hours contract of 80 hours minimum over a month, covering Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday bookings.
We are an established family run independent escape room business with some amazing Trip Advisor reviews and are looking for someone enthusiastic, passionate and engaging to join our awesome team to help us deliver the best live escape game experiences possible.
Our busiest times are in the evenings and weekends and school holidays. It would be expected for the Supervisor to be on site a mixture of daytime and evening/weekend shifts to best suit operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT YOU DO
You need to be confident enough to engage with players before they step into the room and during the pre-game briefing.
Provide hints to the players as required whilst their game is in progress monitoring them at all times.
Debrief teams after their experience ends.
Resetting of rooms adhering to our thorough sanitising process.
Get involved with marketing, spreading the word about our unique and exciting experiences and helping to drive the business forward.
Key holder responsibility.
Monitoring of bar stock.
Ad-hoc cleaning duties.
Contributing to social media posts.
Unsociable hours.
