Job description
We are looking for a professional and responsible door girl to join our nightclub team. As a door girl, you will be responsible for maintaining order, ensuring safety, and providing exceptional customer service to all guests. You will be the first point of contact for many guests, and your primary responsibility will be to ensure that only authorized guests are allowed to enter the nightclub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and ensure a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Keep track of the guest list and make sure that only authorized guests are allowed to enter the nightclub.
- Enforce any dress codes that are in place.
- Collect cover charges and ensure guests are paying the appropriate amount to enter the nightclub.
- Ensure that guests waiting in line behave appropriately and don't cause any disruptions.
- Monitor for any potential security threats and handle conflicts that may arise.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to management, such as a large crowd or a guest causing trouble.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
