- Title: Insurance Advisor/Client Service Advisor
- Location: Stevenage
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Line Manager and team to meet retention and income targets, service KPIs, and workflow standards.
- Serve as the Line Manager's deputy.
- Proactively and responsively handle client renewals, promoting key selling features and maintaining effective communication with insurers Send out renewal invitations.
- Provide professional support and guidance to clients throughout their policy's life cycle, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage policy administration in a timely and professional manner.
- Underwrite scheme policies within the prescribed authority level and referral guidelines.
- Maximize all business opportunities, advising clients on alternative products, identifying potential gaps in cover, and promoting insurance reviews.
- Check, process, and issue new policies.
- Comply with all Company, regulatory, and compliance guideline requirements.
- Maintain technical proficiency.
- Support colleagues across different areas of the business as needed.
- Assist in maintaining, monitoring, and driving core KPIs, processes, and functions directly linked to team success.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Handle a variety of complex tasks and policy referrals.
- Be proactive and analytical in day-to-day tasks and when working with the management team.
- Participate in projects assigned by line managers or senior management team.
- Maintain technical competence with an in-depth knowledge of all applicable products, market trends, and underwriting guidelines to efficiently handle referrals and complex work.
