About the Role
As a Check Out General Assistant, it will include duties such as selling and replenishing products, assisting the supervisors and store managers in maintaining the smoothly running of the store on a daily basis.
Duties include but not limited to:
· Provide excellent customer service including dealing with customer’s queries and complaints
· Ensure that products are displayed and replenished in line with the Company’s standards
· Operating the tills, handing payments including refunds
· Prepping and packing products according to the Company’s guidelines
· Keeping up to date with product information
· Undertake any other reasonable activity, as may be required by senior management
Requirements:
· Excellent Customer service skills
· Must have the legal right to work in the UK (without sponsorship)
