Export Sales Administrator – Salary £30,000 per year
Roles & Responsibilities
- Producing & checking essential shipping documentation required by customers & suppliers, including customs documentation
- Updating & maintaining accurate shipping information in our Freight software system – Forward Computers
- Assisting with transport arrangements by sea, air & road
- Dealing with customers’ enquiries relating to orders, shipments & deliveries
- Responsible for the input of export customs entries, manifesting shipments & liaising with overseas agents regarding shipments
- Providing excellent customer service
- Answering phone & email enquiries promptly & quoting shipments in a timely fashion
You will be
- A self-motivated individual with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Computer literate & able to learn new software systems
- Have a good phone manner & be personable with customers & colleagues
- University educated up to batchelor degree level (ideal but not essential)
- Able to speak/understand Greek to assist with our large Cyprus trade (ideal but not essential)
- Local to the Enfield area & able to commute to work by car (ideal but not essential)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
