As a member of the BA Cityflyer Commercial Leadership Team, the Analytics & Insights Manager will lead a team of analysts delivering insights to influence decisions and drive innovation throughout the business. With your in-depth analytical expertise, sound business acumen and motivating leadership, you will drive high performance throughout your team, exploiting all aspects of data use from setting company targets, delivering robust management information, and carving out insights to steer commercial activity, improve operational robustness and enhance our customers’ experience.
