Calling mental health nurses (RMNs) for an exciting mental health referral coordinator and triaging role. Everyturn Mental Health is a nationally-recognised, high-performing provider of NHS talking therapies.

We have eight contracts across England, with local teams working with our commissioners, central administrators, and affiliate practitioners. We provide a range of NICE-compliant psychological therapies for people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, and we achieve excellent recovery outcomes for our patients. We are now seeking to recruit a mental health nurse to join our new central Clinical Referral Team.
You will work alongside the clinical leads and the national team manager, holding joint responsibility for the organisation and delivery of the Clinical Referral Team with a PWP Team Lead. The Clinical Referral Team will manage all aspects of clinical risk presenting at referral, and risk arising for patients who are accessing centrally NHS talking therapies coordinated interventions. The team will also support waiting list initiatives and delivery of therapy to complex cases.
About you
We would love to hear from you if you possess the following:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse, with valid NMC Pin.
- Understanding of interventions used with challenging behaviours.
- Knowledge and awareness of issues relating to mental health.
- Knowledge and awareness of the principles of ‘recovery focused outcomes’ and overall (mental and physical) wellbeing.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Mental Capacity Act.
