About the Role

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly YMCA Club and YMCA KX front of house team in Central London. This is a casual role (zero hour) at £10.20 per hour.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively developing positive relationships with customers, learners, teachers and volunteers. The key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a high profile and a positive, cheerful and efficient presence at the Club reception, meeting and greeting our customers, learners, and staff members
• Managing the reception inbox and answering queries promptly
• Signing up new members, taking payments and managing the membership paperwork
• Carry out guided tours of the facilities to prospective members and promote our memberships
• Support the Club in events when required
