Responsible for fostering a fun environment.
Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.
Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.
Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to company policy and T.I.P.S training.
Promotes gaming events and promotions.
May have to process cash and credit card transactions for guests while maintaining the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
Maintains a clean and stocked workstation.
Complies with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Create and maintain a seating chart at the direction of your supervisor or manager.
Responsible for ensuring rotation is done correctly.
Utilize Host Concepts software to ensure fairness and accuracy in seating.
Utilize the ACES Service Guidelines, seating and offering a warm and friendly farewell.
Roll silverware and clean during down time.
Perform opening and closing side work at the direction of your supervisor or manager.
Help team members ensure guest is served in a timely manner.
Serve tables, clearing tables, expediting and running food when needed.
Assist with bussing tables.
Keeping the restaurant and host stand clean, organized and sanitized.
Must be able to understand and articulate the menu to guests.
Will work special events, as needed.
Other duties, as needed.

Must be 21 or older.
Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
Must understand and the menu.
Must enjoy hosting others.
Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.
Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.
Must be able to work as a team.
Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment.
Must be able to work a at a very fast pace and walk long distances throughout the shift.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
Must be comfortable and capable learning new software.
